Formerly known as China Electronics System Engineering Corporation, China Electronic System Engineering Co., Ltd. (CESEC) is a subsidiary of China Electronics Corporation (CEC). It was established in 1975 with the approval of the State Council, followed by restructuring and transformation in 2017.

As a leading high-tech systems engineering service provider in the industry, CESEC is seeking high-quality development through its two core capabilities. On one hand, it offers one-stop engineering construction services for specialized environments such as cleanrooms, ultra-low magnetic fields, and high-precision control systems. On the other hand, it has established a full lifecycle service system that encompasses IT consulting, intelligent system design and integration, and digital operation and maintenance, empowering industry clients to achieve digital and intelligent transformation. CESEC holds a leading position in key sectors including semiconductors, data centers, defense and military industries, healthcare, new energy, and civil aviation, while actively expanding into strategic emerging fields such as large-scale scientific facilities, low-altitude economy, digital industries, and circular economy.

CESEC has led or participated in drafting numerous national standards and industry codes and has been granted over 100 software copyrights and patents. It has successively obtained authoritative qualifications including National High-Tech Enterprise, National Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative (SRDI) "Little Giant" Enterprise, and Beijing Enterprise Technology Center. The company has been honored with numerous national and industry awards, such as the Luban Prize, National Quality Engineering Award, and Installation Star Award, and has undertaken several landmark projects with industry-leading significance.
